Please take note that we have no inventory of most of the dresses. All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 7 days for making.
Custom Size & ColorIt is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout. Learn more about our policy of the custom made dress.
Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.

Return & Exchangeeveningdress100 wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by eveningdress100 within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless eveningdress100 is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

Measuring Guide
The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.
